Automated Assembly Machines
BIEG has been constructing its automated assembly machines in house for decades. BIEG has exploited this knowledge for years to adapt its machinery to the requirements of our clients, particularly for sapphire, ruby and tungsten carbide parts.

Special Machines
The techniques acquired from automated assembly machines enable us to design and build specialised machinery for diverse handling and assembly tasks.

Mechanical equipment
When an automated machine is not viable for a given task, we construct apparatus for it, using extensive experience in ergonomy, safety and the design of efficient operating cycles.

Typical uses for our machines:
Embedding parts with controlled insertion and force parameters
Handling parts for glueing operation, processing and assembly procedures
Assembly of connector systems
We have particular experience in the handling of very small parts with extreme precision requirements
