CNC precision turned parts

BIEG produces precision turned parts meeting the most demanding standards, as required, for example, in medical engineering, measurement technology and micro-optics.

Our machinery includes both fixed headstock lathes and sliding headstock lathes, from single-spindle automatic lathes to complex machines with power tools allowing for cost-effective production.

The main focus is the manufacture of very small parts. Approximately 80 percent of our turned parts are smaller than 5mm – with a maximal bar capacity of 20 mm on the CNC-sliding headstock lathes and 32 mm on the CNC- fixed headstock lathes.

Complete processing: We have conventional milling machines and a 5-axle machining system for finishing complex metal and plastic parts.
